Application update for Scripps Physicians Medical Group IPA:

As a reminder, the Scripps Physicians Medical Group IPA will soon be changing its name to Optum Care Network–SDPMG. While the go-live date of the name change is June 9, 2025, you will begin to see the new Optum logo and IPA name (Optum Care Network–SDPMG) in EZ-Net starting April 29th.  This will not impact EZ-Net or Share File functionality.
